Background and Objectives

• The website has been organised by a core group of investors 
• The initial objective of this website was to co-ordinate the investors to demand information and engagement from James McCulloch, but having successfully removed Mr McCulloch from the directorships, after a unanimous vote of over 95% of shareholders, the objective of the website has changed to support the on-going success of the pubs. 

Current Objectives: Improved investor participation in the management and future direction of certain London-pubs and Storage Companies

The website has been organised by a core group of investors. Its objectives are: 

• Improve dissemination of relevant investor information, providing transparency to the financial performance of the pubs. 
• Ensure all investors receive the same information contemporaneously and in structured way. 
• Share analysis and views on the financial/business performance and any expertise around management and/or exit strategies. 
• Act as a forum to co-ordinate feedback to management to set the future strategy of the pub that is in the best interests of the owners of each company.
