Digital Transformation of Relocation and Residency Services
Gwenny’s Red Tape Services (GRTS) is a specialist consultancy that helps individuals and businesses navigate the administrative and regulatory requirements for residency and visa applications in Cyprus. Their work involves managing large volumes of personal documents, complex government forms, and time-sensitive interactions with both clients and authorities.
The service was traditionally paper-based, with information collected manually and forms completed repeatedly for each application.
The Problem
GRTS faced several operational challenges:
- Heavy reliance on email, paper documents, and manual data entry
- Repeated transcription of the same client information across multiple government forms

The Solution
We designed and built a secure, workflow-driven web platform to digitise the end-to-end relocation process.
The system enables structured collaboration between GRTS and their clients, automates document handling, and removes repeated manual form filling.
