Our client, Gwenny's Red Tape Services (GRTS) specializes in helping individuals and businesses navigate the often overwhelming world of paperwork, regulations, and administrative processes associated with applying for residency, or visas to live in Cyprus. Their goal is to simplify the bureaucracy and to collate the necessary information on-line 

We partnered with GRTS, a boutique consultancy helping new arrivals to Cyprus navigate complex administrative tasks, to bring their traditionally paper-based service into the digital age. Our software is designed to automate these processes, with workflow between GRTS and the client, and the auto-population of various forms for the presentation to the authorities. 

Our solution includes:

• A secure document upload system allowing clients to submit paperwork online.
• Organised approach to data extraction from uploaded documents
• Automatic filling in of the required government forms.
• A dynamic case management dashboard for tracking client progress.
• Smart reminders, appointment scheduling, and calendar integration to ensure clients stay on top of every step.

By digitising GRTS’s operations, we improved their client experience, reduced manual overhead, and enabled scalable service delivery. The new system is already being used by clients relocating from the UK, helping them settle in Cyprus with confidence and clarity.
