A fully integrated booking and property management platform designed for a premium villa in Pissouri, Cyprus.

The system combines high-quality property presentation with a robust booking engine, enabling guests to explore the villa, check real-time availability, and complete bookings instantly with secure online payment.

The objective is to maximise direct bookings, reduce reliance on third-party platforms, and eliminate manual administration.

Context and Problem

Holiday villa rentals are often managed through a combination of:

  • Third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb)
  • Email enquiries and manual confirmations

This creates several issues:
